PIVC has a diverse background in the area of digital products. We have designed and built a broad array of boards from high speed conversion assemblies to simple input/output modules. In support of our parent company, Phase IV Systems, Inc., PIVC developed numerous signal processor products which are fielded in several different radar systems around the world. Some of these products are incorporated into our standard product line. Data sheets for these boards are listed below. If you can't find your solution in our standard products, we are always interested in solving your problems with a custom development.
|AD201 Dual A/D Board||
The AD201 is a high performance signal conversion board ideal for most signal processing applications. The 6U x 160 mm VME card features Dual 12 bit A/D converters both capable of 41 MHz conversion rates. The A/D conversion is very clean at 75 dB of spurious free dynamic range. The AD201 is equipped with 32K (64K optional) of internal FIFO memory.
|DB100 Data Buffering Board||
The DB100 is a data collection board designed to distribute from 1 to 4 channels of input data to both a Storage Concepts C814-FC RAID and 8 TI C40 communication ports. The input data is received from 1 to 4 AD200/AD201 Dual A/D boards through a custom P2 sub-backplane BP008. Each A/D board is mounted with a PIM100 mezzanine module which interfaces the A/D board with one channel of the DB100.
|PIM200 Interface Module||
The MPEM is designed to add additional I/O capabilities to the Spectrum Monaco Quad C6x DSP board. It features 8 C40 style communication links (two per C6x node), a RACEway interface, and a coordinate translator that can do polar to rectangular or rectangular to polar conversions. Each communication port can be set to either an input or output port.
|SC1212 A/D-D/A Board||
The SC1212 is a high performance signal conversion board ideal for most signal processing applications. The 6U x 160 mm VME card features a 12 bit A/D and D/A both capable of 41 MHz conversion rates. The A/D conversion is very clean at 75 dB of spurious free dynamic range.
